Purchase of a high-power generator and two low-power generators

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase, transport, installation and servicing of one high-power generator, two low-power generators and a homologated two-axle trailer for transporting the high-power generator. The high-power generator must have a rated output of 100–120 kW, or 125–150 kVA, and each low-power generator must have a rated output of 17–25 kW, or 21.25–31.25 kVA. The equipment must be new, unused, manufactured no more than 12 months before delivery, and supplied with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity. The supplier must also provide user training for the contracting authority’s employees upon acceptance and complete the contract by 20 December 2026 at the latest. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 10:00. The award criteria are price (60%), the warranty period for the high-power generator (20%) and the warranty period for the low-power generators (20%). No separate turnover, experience or technical-capacity requirements are imposed, but the tender must comply with all technical and documentary requirements.
