Supply of a generator and central UPS emergency power supply for PSSE in Siedlce

Summary

The tender covers the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of a stationary diesel generator and a central UPS emergency power supply for the Powiatowa Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Siedlce. The contractor must also provide transport, insurance, unloading, installation and connection work, measurements and approvals, technical documentation, initial testing and basic user training. The equipment must operate together automatically and provide backup protection against power interruptions. The generator must provide at least 132 kW / 165 kVA emergency power and 120 kW / 150 kVA prime power, operate for at least 8 hours at full load without refuelling, and meet the specified automatic start, transfer, monitoring, safety, enclosure and noise requirements. The UPS must provide at least 100 kVA / 100 kW, three-phase input and output, at least 10 minutes of autonomy at an 80 kW load, and the specified online, monitoring, bypass, safety and automatic generator-interoperation functions. The equipment must be new, unused and manufactured no earlier than 2025. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish or with a Polish translation by 15 September 2026 at 11:00. The contract must be completed within 12 weeks and no later than 18 December 2026. The award criteria are price (60 points), warranty period (30 points) and warranty-service response time (10 points). The warranty must last at least 12 months, and the service team must respond within no more than 48 hours.
