Integration trips

Summary

The contract concerns coach transport for organised groups visiting religious sites, cinemas and a theatre, and is divided into two lots. Lot I covers eight trips to Radecznica, Krasnobród, Wąwolnica, Zamość and Lublin between September 2026 and 30 June 2027. Lot II covers cinema trips for groups of 42 and 50 people: Task I runs from September 2026 to 30 June 2027, and Task II from 1 July 2027 to 31 May 2028. The bidder must provide a suitable air-conditioned coach with luggage space, a compliant driver and a replacement vehicle in case of breakdown. Participation requires proof of previous passenger transport experience, the required electronic documents and a tender in Polish. Price is the only award criterion, and the tender deadline is 21 September 2026 at 9:00.
