Investor supervision services under the “Comprehensive Rehabilitation Close to Home” project – SPZZOZ project in Lipsko supported by European Union funds

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive investor supervision for adapting premises of the day rehabilitation facility of a healthcare institution in Lipsko. The supervision covers construction works in a 380.83 m² part of the building with a volume of 1,105.41 m³, as well as activities during the warranty period and the remedying of defects. The planned construction period is 2 months from contract signature, while supervision continues throughout the investment, final acceptance, and warranty and defect-remedy activities. The bidder must provide at least one specialist with unrestricted construction supervision authorisation in the structural and building speciality and at least 2 years of supervision experience. Evaluation assigns 60% to the gross tender price and 40% to the structural and building inspector’s experience supervising medical buildings.
