Preparation of design documentation (4 tasks) – repeat tender

Summary

The tender concerns four design documentation tasks: designing the gas connection and internal gas installation for Pieniny Cinema, designing the widening and road-body protection of a section of Widok Street, designing the redevelopment of the amphitheatre and surrounding area in Jaworki, and designing the construction of a senior citizens’ home in Szlachtowa. The work includes preparing the required documentation and obtaining the necessary decisions, approvals, permits and consent to carry out the construction works. The tender is divided into four lots, and a tender may be submitted for all lots. The completion periods are 120, 245 or 360 days depending on the lot; in Lots 3 and 4, the contracting authority may additionally order author’s supervision as an optional service. The award criteria are price at 60% and an extension of the warranty and defect-liability period at 40%; the minimum warranty and liability period is 3 years. The submission deadline is 21 September 2026 at 00:00, and the tender must be submitted electronically in Polish.
