Preparation of complete designs for sidewalks and pedestrian roads in Osielec, Toporzysko, Wysoka, Naprawa and Łętownia

Summary

The tender covers, in five lots, the preparation of complete design documentation for the construction or extension of sidewalks and pedestrian roads in the Jordanów municipality: Osielec, Toporzysko, Wysoka, Naprawa and Łętownia. The work includes, among other things, surveys, an inventory of existing conditions, geological and hydrological studies, building and execution designs, approvals, applications for required permits, cost estimates and author supervision. Lot 5 also includes the design of an approximately 23-metre steel pedestrian bridge. The completion period for each lot is 18 months from contract signature, and the required warranty and defect-liability period is at least 36 months. Bidders may submit an offer for one, several or all five lots. Price accounts for 60% and the road designer’s experience for 40% of the evaluation score.
