Preparation of design documentation for a multifunctional building with a protective function (shelter U-1) in Basznia Górna

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of complete multidisciplinary design and cost documentation for a multifunctional building with a protective function, namely shelter U-1, in Basznia Górna, together with subsequent author’s supervision. The work includes, among other things, documentation for a building permit or construction notification, necessary approvals, a construction cost estimate, a bill of quantities and technical specifications. The contract period is 180 days and the tender submission deadline is 18 September 2026. The bidder must provide a structural and building designer with at least five years of experience, submit a PLN 3,500 tender guarantee, and file the tender electronically in Polish. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the invoice payment term (40%).
