Tender detail
Geodetic and cartographic works for the subdivision of Szczecin municipal or State Treasury real estate
Summary
The tender covers geodetic and cartographic works and documentation required to subdivide real estate owned by the City of Szczecin or the State Treasury within Szczecin. The work will be performed over 11 months through successive individual orders, and the tender is divided into two lots: Lot A concerns work resulting in up to 2 designed cadastral plots, while Lot B concerns work resulting in more than 5 designed cadastral plots. The estimated quantities are 45 individual orders, 100 designed cadastral plots and 100 boundary points to be reinstated or determined for Lot A; and 14 orders, 160 cadastral plots and 280 boundary points for Lot B. The work includes, among other things, reinstating boundary points or determining boundaries, showing boundary points to interested parties, preparing geodetic maps and subdivision plans, documenting changes to land and building data, preparing synchronisation schedules where necessary, and submitting documents bearing the acceptance clause of the state geodetic and cartographic resource. The bidder must have a suitably authorised surveying professional and submit the required declarations, forms and, where applicable, the tender guarantee. Offers will be evaluated on price, completion period and the proposed contractual penalty.
