Preparation of design documentation for an underground shelter

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of complete multidisciplinary design and cost documentation for a U-1 category underground protective structure intended for at least 500 people, including utilities, connections and site development. The work covers preparatory studies, a design concept, all required architectural, structural, installation, execution and procurement documents, approvals, and preparation of the building permit application.
