Supply of vegetables, potatoes and apples

Summary

The tender covers the supply of vegetables, edible potatoes and apples to Zakład Karny w Sztumie. It is divided into three lots, and tenders may be submitted for all lots: Lot 1 includes, among other items, 22,000 kg of beetroot, 42,000 kg of onions, 24,000 kg of white cabbage, 50,000 kg of carrots, 10,000 kg of parsley roots, 5,500 kg of leeks and 10,000 kg of celeriac; Lot 2 includes 150,000 kg of edible potatoes; and Lot 3 includes 15,000 kg of apples. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 17 September 2026 at 00:00, and bidders must remain bound by their tenders for 30 days after the submission deadline. The products must be fresh, sound, clean and free from pests, and must be delivered in properly labelled packaging. Deliveries will be made against orders to the penitentiary facilities in Sztum and Malbork. Defective or short-delivered goods must be replaced free of charge within 24 hours. The contracting authority guarantees deliveries with a value of at least 60% of the total contract value.
