Preparation of functional and utility programmes for renewable energy, energy storage and electric mobility infrastructure investments in Radlow Municipality

Summary

The procurement covers, in up to six lots, the preparation of functional and utility programmes together with an architectural concept and estimates of planned design and construction costs in Radlow Municipality. The lots concern photovoltaic micro-installations and storage for residents, installations up to 50 kW for public buildings, photovoltaic plants up to 50 kW and from 500 kW to 5 MW, up to ten energy storage facilities, and electric vehicle charging stations. Bidders may tender for one, several or all lots. The documentation must include technical and architectural solutions, visualisations, cost estimates and the necessary analyses; obtaining connection conditions from the relevant distribution system operator is also required, subject to the stated exception for Lot 4. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty and liability period (40%). The tender deadline is 17 September 2026 at 9:00 and the service must be completed by 30 November 2026. Participation requires evidence of at least two relevant services performed during the previous three years and the provision of electrical and structural/building designers.
