Preparation of full-discipline design documentation for the modernization of the front buildings and rear annexes at Okrzei 29 and Kłopotowskiego 28 in Warsaw

The tender concerns the preparation of complete design documentation for the modernization of the disused front buildings and rear annexes at Okrzei 29 and Kłopotowskiego 28 in Warsaw, the construction of a new rear annex and the development of the surrounding site. The documentation must include, among other things, building surveys and technical expertise, a concept design in two variants, building, technical and detailed designs, an architectural and heritage-conservation design, multi-disciplinary technical specifications, bills of quantities and investor’s cost estimates, as well as the necessary approvals and the building permit procedure. Optional services may include updating cost estimates, providing author’s supervision and supporting the procedure for selecting the building contractor. The contract period runs until 31 December 2030; the tender submission deadline is 30 September 2026 at 10:30. The award criteria are price (60%) and shortening the performance period (40%).
