Physical protection of persons and property at the Kielece Cultural Centre building and operation of technical security systems

Summary

The tender covers 24-hour physical protection of persons and property at the Kielece Cultural Centre, the Kielece Dance Theatre and other entities operating in the building, together with operation of technical security systems for 12 months from October 2026 to September 2027. The protected area includes the main building, a transformer station and approximately 20,000 m² of outdoor areas and parking facilities; the buildings have a total usable area of 16,047 m². The service includes monitoring intrusion and assault alarms, fire alarms, access control and CCTV, reception duties and patrols. Two guards are required from 07:00 to 23:00 and one guard from 23:00 to 07:00; at least two patrols must be carried out between 00:00 and 06:00. Bidders must meet the insurance, experience, qualified personnel and concession requirements. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the employment-related criterion accounts for 40%.
