The tender concerns advisory services supporting the IOB Network Council in the substantive assessment of application forms submitted by micro, small and medium-sized enterprises seeking to participate in a project. The expert will assess applications, prepare opinions and recommendations, help verify the information provided, conduct site visits where justified, and support the assessment of enterprises' potential and eligibility for support. The procurement is divided into 5 lots, and a tender may be submitted for all lots, but the same expert may not be used in more than one lot. The basic volume is 30 application forms per lot, and the contracting authority may exercise an option increasing the volume to up to 35 forms per lot.
