Preparation of Multidisciplinary Design Documentation and Author’s Supervision for the Construction and Redevelopment of the Educational Facilities Base on Plot No. 571/5 in Rudna

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of multidisciplinary design documentation for the demolition, alteration and extension of existing buildings at plot 571/5, Ogrodowa 2, Rudna, obtaining the building permit, and providing author’s supervision. The project covers a sports and educational building, a warehouse-workshop hall, a garage shelter, utility networks and site development. The work is divided into stages: preliminary studies and concept within 30 days, the building design by 20 December 2026, the building-permit procedure within up to 90 days, technical and execution documentation within up to 150 days after Stage I, and author’s supervision expected from July 2027 to September 2030. The basic scope includes 36 guaranteed site visits, with an option for up to 24 additional visits.
