Modernization of land and building records for the Florczaki cadastral district in the Lukta cadastral unit

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive modernization of the land and building records database for the Florczaki cadastral district in the Lukta cadastral unit. The work includes collecting and verifying boundary-point and cadastral-boundary data, supplementing building and premises data, updating land-use categories and soil-quality classes, determining the boundaries of public and local roads, carrying out surveying work, preparing cartographic documentation and producing files needed to update the database. The work is divided into four stages: Stage I until 4 December 2026, Stage II from 5 December 2026 to 17 June 2027, Stage III from 18 June to 31 August 2027, and Stage IV from 1 September to 5 December 2027. The Stage I remuneration is PLN 40,000 gross, Stage II represents up to 40%, Stage III up to 30%, and Stage IV the remaining contract value. The bidder must provide a warranty of at least 36 months. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty period for 40% of the evaluation score. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish, and no bid guarantee or performance security is required.
