Comprehensive update of the existing design documentation for adapting an office and administrative building for the needs of the Voivodeship Trade Inspection in Wrocław

Summary

The tender concerns a comprehensive update of the existing design documentation needed to adapt an office and administrative building for the Wrocław Trade Inspection. The basic contract covers checking the existing documentation and completed works, a site inspection and inventory, preparation of an opening balance and the scope of works that can be performed in 2026 without updating the documentation, preparation of a functional concept and technical design, updating bills of quantities and investor’s cost estimates, and obtaining the necessary approvals. The contracting authority may separately order Option I, covering a replacement execution design for all required disciplines, and Option II, covering author’s supervision until 15 December 2028. Stage I must be completed within 30 calendar days from contract signature, but a shorter period of 20–24 or 25–29 days receives 20 or 10 evaluation points respectively; 30 days receives 0 points. Price accounts for 80% and the shortened delivery period for 20% of the award criteria. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 10:00 and signed with an acceptable electronic signature. No bid guarantee or performance security is required. The bidder must demonstrate the required design experience and provide architectural, structural, sanitary, electrical and telecommunications design personnel. The documentation must comply with current construction law and standards, contain no manufacturer or product names, and be delivered in three paper copies and electronically in DOC, PDF and DWG/DXF formats; cost estimates must be provided in ATH or Norma format.
