Strengthening the cyber resilience of the Water Supply and Sewerage Company in Tczew as part of the Cybersecure Waterworks project

Summary

The tender covers services and supplies for strengthening the cyber resilience of the water and sewerage company in Tczew under the Cybersecure Waterworks project. It is divided into five lots: information-security management, business-continuity and disaster-recovery planning and asset inventory; security training and testing; cybersecurity audits; emergency power and a mobile generator; and cybersecurity systems and server infrastructure. Bidders may submit offers for one, several or all lots, but the same bidder cannot be awarded both Lots I and III. The submission deadline is 22 September 2026 at 12:00, and offers must be submitted electronically in Polish. Offers are evaluated separately by lot, mainly on price and delivery time. Requirements include lot-specific previous experience, qualified auditors, a trainer, an electrical-equipment specialist and cybersecurity experts, supported by the required evidence. A DNSH statement must accompany the offer; Lot V also requires a PLN 15,000 bid guarantee.
