Security services for persons and property

Summary

The tender covers 24-hour direct physical protection of the Trafostacja Sztuki building, its premises, property and people in Szczecin. The service period runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with a maximum of 8,760 working hours. The tender must cover the entire contract and be submitted by 16 September 2026 at 09:00. To participate, the bidder must hold the required security-services concession, demonstrate at least two qualifying previous security contracts, and be able to provide an intervention group with a maximum response time of 10 minutes. A mandatory site visit takes place on 11 September 2026 at 11:00; an offer submitted without the visit will be rejected. Price accounts for 60% of the score and staff experience for 40%. The maximum experience score is available for at least 5 staff members with at least 12 months of experience protecting public-use buildings. No tender guarantee or performance security is required.
