Acting as substitute investor and investor’s supervision inspector for construction works in the “Young Old Town in Piotrków Trybunalski – Stage I” investment project

The tender concerns 26 months of substitute investor and construction supervision services for Stage I of the “Young Old Town” project in Piotrków Trybunalski, covering Starowarska 9, 11, 13 and 15 and Garncarska 14. The services include administering construction contracts, legal, financial and technical management, supervision, quality and compliance checks, arranging permits and approvals, acceptance of works, financial accounting, support in implementing co-financing agreements and duties during the defects liability period. The service provider must maintain premises for a construction office and meetings in Piotrków Trybunalski throughout the contract. The bidder must have the specified previous experience and a competent team comprising six separate roles. A PLN 20,000 bid guarantee is required, and the tender and documents must be submitted electronically in Polish by 24 September 2026.
