The tender concerns the preparation of multidisciplinary design documentation for the revitalisation of a historic chapel and its surrounding courtyard at M. Copernicus Hospital in Gdańsk for conversion into a conference room. The scope includes a functional and spatial concept, coordinated building, technical and executive designs, a conservation works programme, investor cost estimates, bills of quantities, and occupational health and safety information. The main works must be completed within 240 calendar days from contract signature; authorship supervision and responses to project-related questions are also required when applicable.
