Provision of security services for sports events

Summary

The tender concerns security services for Zagłębie Sosnowiec ice hockey team's home matches at the Winter Stadium in Sosnowiec for 12 months from 1 October 2026. The estimated scope covers approximately 48 matches, 38 security personnel per match and four hours of protection per match; the maximum attendance is 2,811, and the contracting authority will use at least 50% of the estimated volume. The service includes protecting people and property, access control, maintaining public order, cooperation with the police, emergency and medical services, and performing the security manager's duties. Under the contract, the contractor must also supply, install and dismantle 50 linear metres of lightweight barriers for each match. The bidder must hold a valid concession issued by the Polish Minister of the Interior and Administration for security services, civil liability insurance with a guarantee sum of at least PLN 3,000,000, the required previous experience, at least 50 properly trained personnel and at least 30 professional radios with the necessary radio permit. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 9:00. Price is the only award criterion; no bid guarantee or performance security is required.
