Preparation of complete design and cost-estimate documentation for the construction of residential buildings on Pocztowa Street in Gliwice

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of complete multidisciplinary design and cost-estimate documentation for the construction of detached, semi-detached or terraced residential buildings on plots 196/2, 197 and 199 in the Ligota Zabrska district on Pocztowa Street in Gliwice. The contractor must prepare an initial architectural and urban-planning concept with the tender, develop the full design documentation, obtain the required approvals and a final building permit, prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates, and provide author’s supervision during construction.
