Preparation of multidisciplinary design and cost-estimation documentation

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of multidisciplinary design and cost-estimation documentation for the construction of a sports hall with ancillary facilities and a link to the existing school building, including reconstruction and extension works, technical infrastructure, parking areas and internal access routes at Hołowieska 18 in Bielsk Podlaski. The service includes bills of quantities, investor’s cost estimates, technical specifications, required approvals and author’s supervision. The contract period is 5 months from signing, with a 5-year warranty. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish via the e-Zamówienia Platform by 16 September 2026 at 12:00.
