Delivery of heating oil during the 2026/2027 winter season

Summary

The tender concerns the successive delivery of light heating oil during the 2026/2027 heating season, divided into three lots. The basic quantities are 30 m³ for the municipal building, 40 m³ for the school and preschool complex, and 10 m³ for the primary school in Wola Goryńska. The contracting authority may additionally order 10 m³, 20 m³ and 9 m³ respectively under an option, but is not obliged to use it. Deliveries will be made over 8 months, normally in 5–10 m³ batches. The oil must comply with PN-C-96024-2020-12 and applicable quality rules, be accompanied by a quality certificate, and be delivered at the supplier’s expense using tanker vehicles with legally calibrated flow meters. Offers must be submitted electronically by 16 September 2026 at 12:00. Price accounts for 60% and delivery time for 40% of the evaluation.
