Preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation and technical specifications for the reconstruction of Oficerska Street in Mrągowo

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation, together with technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, for the reconstruction of Oficerska Street in Mrągowo. The scope includes a construction design, bill of quantities, investor’s cost estimate, technical specifications, a design map, permanent traffic-organisation design, stormwater drainage, road lighting, pedestrian routes, road-surface replacement and solutions for utility conflicts. A water-law report and permit must also be obtained for the partial discharge of rainwater into Lake Czos. The estimated contract value is PLN 120,000 excluding VAT, the contract duration is 9 months, and the deadline for tenders is 15 September 2026. Offers are submitted electronically in Polish. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and invoice payment period (40%).
