Preparation of design documentation for the pedestrian and cycle path on Zastawie Street

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of complete multidisciplinary design documentation for a pedestrian and cycle path along Zastawie Street in Suwałki, between Powstańców Wielkopolskich Street and Francuska Street, under the Sustainable Urban Mobility Programme, stage III. The documentation must support a building permit application or a notification of construction works and must include the required road, drainage, street lighting, technological channel, utility-collision, green-area and other relevant designs, as well as traffic organisation documentation, technical specifications, investment cost estimates and geodetic materials. The contract must be completed within 180 calendar days of signing, no later than 15 March 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 15 September 2026 at 09:00. Price carries 60% and the road designer’s experience carries 40% of the evaluation score.
