Implementation of prototype research activities under the project “Data and mobility – smart metropolis in action”

Summary

The contract concerns prototype research activities involving the temporary, pilot implementation of selected road-traffic organisation solutions in real conditions at three school locations in the Szczecin Metropolitan Area: Bedargowo, Kliniska Wielkie and Szczecin. The work includes baseline analysis and traffic measurements, surveys, stakeholder workshops, temporary traffic-organisation designs and approvals, installation of signs and small urban infrastructure, two post-implementation measurement and survey rounds, dismantling, restoration of the sites, interim reports and a final report. The contract runs until 31 December 2027. The estimated funding amount is PLN 310,000 gross. The tender is evaluated by price (50%), the implementation concept (40%) and the project team’s additional experience (10%). The implementation concept must cover research methodology, communication and public participation, prototyping logistics and aesthetics, and risk management and approvals. The minimum concept must include the required elements; a missing or non-compliant element may lead to rejection. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-procurement platform by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. No bid security is required. The bidder must demonstrate the specified recent service experience and provide the required project team, declarations, personnel list, implementation concept and other tender documents. The bidder must also use compliant ICT products, services and processes and verify personnel who may work with minors.
