Preparation of design and cost documentation together with heritage conservation documentation for the water tower in Świnoujście (second procedure)

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of complete design and cost documentation, heritage conservation documentation and related approvals for the extension, alteration and change of use of a water tower at the Northern Basin in Świnoujście. The intended future use is cultural and tourist-related, including an observation and exhibition tower. The scope includes technical assessments, conservation studies, architectural and engineering designs, specifications, bills of quantities, investor cost estimates and other required opinions and permits. Author’s supervision may be ordered as an option, valued at 15% of the total gross tender price. The basic contract period is three months. The contractor must also answer questions concerning the documentation within five working days for 36 months after final acceptance. Offers must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation is based on price (60 points), the structural designer’s experience (35 points) and the completion period (5 points). A performance security is required, while a bid guarantee is not required.
