Preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation for reconstruction of the Training and Recreation Centre complex in Porażyn

Summary

The tender covers the preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation for the reconstruction of the Training and Recreation Centre complex in Porażyn. The work is divided into four stages: reconstruction of the conference hall and site, enlargement of the dining hall, extension and reconstruction of the centre with comprehensive thermal modernisation and interior design, and landscaping including the park and outdoor recreation areas. The contractor must prepare geotechnical and design documentation, obtain required opinions, approvals and administrative decisions, prepare traffic-management designs, bills of quantities, tender and investor cost estimates, technical specifications and health and safety information, and provide author supervision. The project must be delivered within 12 months: Stage I within 9 months, Stage II within 10 months, and Stages III and IV within 12 months of signing the contract. The site does not permit variant or partial bids. Bids are evaluated by price at 60% and warranty period at 40%. The warranty offered for the design documentation must be between 24 and 48 months. A bid guarantee of PLN 5,000 is required, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 6 October 2026 at 10:00.
