Preparation of a technical and economic concept for the Cieszanowice small hydropower plant renewable-energy installation on the Luciąża River

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of a technical and economic concept for a renewable-energy installation consisting of the Cieszanowice small hydropower plant on the Luciąża River. The work must cover location and site conditions, an inventory and technical assessment of the hydrotechnical and power-generation facilities, ownership and legal-administrative analyses, hydrological analysis, at least three technical variants, energy-production estimates, financial analyses and a justified recommendation of the preferred option. The contract period is 60 days. The bid must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s purchasing platform by 14 September 2026 at 10:00. Polish is the permitted submission language. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100% of the weighting. No bid guarantee is required, but performance security is required. The tender is not divided into lots.
