Successive deliveries of vegetables, fruit, pickled cucumbers, sauerkraut and edible potatoes to Jasło Prison
Summary
The tender concerns successive deliveries of food products to the prison in Jasło from 1 October 2026 to 31 May 2027. It is divided into three parts, and bids may be submitted for all parts: - Part 1: vegetables and fruit — 2,000 kg of red beetroot, 12,000 kg of white cabbage, 12,000 kg of carrots, 1,000 kg of parsley root, 1,600 kg of celeriac, 1,000 kg of leek, 9,000 kg of onions and 2,000 kg of apples. - Part 2: 1,200 kg of sauerkraut and 1,000 kg of pickled cucumbers, supplied in plastic buckets of 5–25 kg. - Part 3: 25,000 kg of edible young potatoes in packages of up to 25 kg. Deliveries will be made in successive partial consignments to the prison warehouse, from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 13:00, excluding weekends and public holidays. The contracting authority will place orders 48 hours before delivery. Transport is at the contractor’s cost and risk. Goods must be fresh, fit for use in Poland, compliant with applicable sanitary, technological and quality requirements and relevant standards. Rejected or quantitatively incomplete goods must be replaced or supplemented at the contractor’s expense within 12 hours of notification. The contractor must also provide information on allergens that may be present in the assortment. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The bid deadline is 14 September 2026 at 10:00. No bid guarantee or performance security is required. The bid must be submitted electronically, in Polish, and remain binding for 30 days.
