Summary

The tender concerns geodetic services to adapt the land and building records database to current regulations in the Chocim cadastral area of Kawęczyn municipality. The work includes surveying missing or altered buildings, preparing building data-change records, updating address points and premises records, revising land-use contours, and surveying structures permanently connected to buildings. The completed database, technical documentation and files for importing the results into the contracting authority’s system must be delivered by 4 December 2026. The tenderer must demonstrate at least one properly completed service during the last 3 years, worth at least PLN 10,000 gross, involving the creation or updating of land and building records databases. The tenderer must also have at least one person, or a combination of persons, holding the required professional surveying authorisations in both specified fields. The bid must include the required declarations, price and bid forms, evidence of experience and personnel qualifications, and any applicable powers of attorney or third-party resource commitments. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish, or with a Polish translation, and must comply with all minimum technical requirements. Bids must be submitted by 14 September 2026 at 9:00. Price carries 60% and the quality guarantee period 40%. The minimum guarantee period is 24 months.
