Reconstruction of the bridge over the Wolbórka River in Wolbórz along county road No. 1913E, including access roads

The tender concerns the preparation of complete design and cost documentation for the reconstruction of a bridge over the Wolbórka River in Wolbórz, on county road No. 1913E at approximately kilometre 47+874. The service includes obtaining project maps, preparing construction, technical and detailed designs, permanent traffic organisation documentation, bills of quantities and an investor’s cost estimate, obtaining opinions and approvals and a building permit, preparing a water-law report, carrying out geological surveys, resolving utility clashes, and designing works for the bridge and access roads. The works cover, among other things, insulation, bridge parapets and barriers, sidewalks and carriageways, expansion joints, surfacing over the bridge and access roads for a total length of no more than 1 km, and road markings. The contract duration is 12 months and no variant or partial tenders are allowed. Price carries 60% and experience 40% of the evaluation. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 09:00. A performance security is required, but no tender guarantee is required.
