Passenger transport service to the Senior Club in Stok under the “Together Is Easier – Support for Seniors in Mniszków Municipality” project for 23 months from contract signing

Summary

The tender concerns passenger transport for 23 people aged 60 or over, including people with disabilities or people needing support in daily functioning, from their homes in Mniszków municipality to the Senior Club in Stok and back. The service will run for 23 months, generally five days per week, with morning arrival by 09:00 and afternoon return from 13:00. The estimated service volume is 445 days and payment is based on actual kilometres, with a guaranteed minimum of 35,600 km. The contractor must provide a bus or minibus with at least 23 passenger seats and one driver seat, suitable for transporting at least one wheelchair user, and must provide driver assistance when boarding and leaving the vehicle. The vehicle must meet the specified safety, accessibility, insurance and technical inspection requirements. A replacement vehicle must be provided within no more than 60 minutes in the event of a breakdown. The bid deadline is 11 September 2026 at 10:00. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish and signed using an accepted electronic signature. Price accounts for 95% of the evaluation and the social criterion for 5%. Five points are available for declaring the employment or assignment of at least one person with a disability for at least 0.25 full-time equivalent.
