Tender detail
Design and construction documentation for the Nowe Miasto nad Pilica volunteer fire station with temporary shelter capability
Summary
The tender concerns the preparation of complete, coordinated multidisciplinary design and cost documentation for a volunteer fire station in Nowe Miasto nad Pilica, including a basement designed for later adaptation as a temporary shelter for approximately 200 people. The assignment covers two coordinated projects: Project A for the underground protective facility and Project B for the fire station with a tower and at least five garage bays. The contractor must prepare four genuinely different concepts, obtain the required opinions, approvals, permits and final building permit, and provide author’s supervision. The work is divided into three stages: concepts and visualisations by 15 December 2026; complete design documentation and final building permit by 30 November 2027; and author’s supervision until the construction contract is completed, but no later than 30 November 2031. The contract includes design, technical, cost-estimating, site-development, utility, fire-safety and related documentation, as well as responses to questions during the later construction procurement and two updates of the investor’s cost estimate. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 10:30. Price carries 60% of the score and the architectural designer’s or team leader’s experience carries 40%. No bid guarantee or performance security is required. The offer must cover the entire scope, with prices shown separately for Projects A and B and for the three implementation stages.
