Provision of a training room and catering for the international meeting of RENEWAT and ENERCRACY project partners

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of two training rooms and catering for an international meeting of RENEWAT and ENERCRACY project partners. Catering is required for up to 30 RENEWAT participants and up to 20 ENERCRACY participants: dinner on 21 October 2026, and two training rooms with a coffee service, lunch and dinner on 22 October 2026. The rooms must be available for 9 hours, from 09:00 to 18:00. The venue must be no more than 50 km from the Solina Dam according to Google Maps. The menu must include vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, Polish and Podkarpacie regional dishes, and an English-language menu. Professional English-speaking waiter service, the required catering licences and compliance with food safety, sanitary and hygiene rules are required. The contract period is 21–22 October 2026.
