Preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation for the first-stage construction of sanitary sewerage towards Olszana

Summary

The tender concerns design and cost-estimate documentation for the first stage of a sanitary sewerage network towards Olszana, covering parts of Naszacowice and Olszanka in Podegrodzie municipality. The approximately 6 km gravity sewerage system, with pressure-sewerage elements and wastewater pumping stations, is intended to serve about 600 residents. The contractor must prepare the design and technical documentation, project maps, building and technical designs, bills of quantities, investor’s cost estimate, technical specifications and health and safety information. The scope also includes geotechnical and geological-engineering documentation, water-law documentation and permits where required, environmental decisions where necessary, coordination with authorities and property owners, obtaining the required opinions, permits and approvals, delivery in paper and electronic formats, updating the cost estimate when required, and author’s supervision during construction. The service must be completed within 9 months of contract signature. The bidder must provide at least one person holding unrestricted design authorisation for water-supply and sewerage networks, installations and equipment. The price carries 60% of the evaluation and the chief designer’s experience carries 40%; experience is scored from 0 points for up to 3 years to 40 points for 7 years or more. A PLN 2,500 tender guarantee is required. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 10:00.
