Technical inspection services for infusion pumps

Summary

The tender concerns technical inspections of infusion pumps, divided into seven lots covering pumps from Ascor, Fresenius Kabi, Biolight, Medima, Terumo, Viltechmeda and B. Braun. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The services are to be performed for 12 months, generally within seven calendar days of the order being sent to the contractor. Price is the only award criterion, with a 100% weighting. For lots 1, 2 and 7, the bidder must provide at least one person trained by the relevant manufacturer or its authorized representative to service and technically inspect the equipment. Bids and documents must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 10:00. No bid guarantee or performance guarantee is required.
