Comprehensive organisation and servicing of the “Wetland Protection in Practice – from Crisis to Innovation” conference and study visit

The tender concerns the comprehensive organisation and servicing of a conference entitled “Wetland Protection in Practice – from Crisis to Innovation” and a study visit for environmental administration staff, members of the Wetlands Committee and selected experts. The services must be delivered on 22–23 October 2026. The contractor must provide a fully equipped conference venue for at least 120 people, catering for 80–120 people on 22 October and 30–50 people on 23 October, transport, accident insurance, a guide and an on-site coordinator. The conference venue must be within 7 km of Warszawa Centralna railway station and provide at least 20 parking spaces. The study visit will take place in Kampinos National Park. The bidder must demonstrate at least two comparable services completed during the previous three years, each worth at least PLN 19,000 gross and each covering a conference room, catering and transport for at least 50 people. Price carries 80% of the evaluation weight and the venue’s distance from the railway station carries 20%. The tender deadline is 14 September 2026 at 10:00.
