Additional outfitting of the playground at the municipal nursery “Skrzat” in Sianów

Summary

The tender concerns the additional outfitting of the existing playground at the municipal nursery “Skrzat” in Sianów. The contractor must supply and install new playground equipment, dismantle and relocate existing equipment, level and tidy the site, create grass and rubber-tile surfaces with safe edging, and install fencing. The new equipment includes themed play units, a maze, an agility set, spring riders, a carousel and shade sails. The works must be completed within 60 days of signing the contract. The playground and surfaces must comply with EN 1176 and EN 1177 or equivalent standards. The contractor must provide product cards, certificates and warranty documents, and the equipment may only be installed after the contracting authority accepts the submitted documentation. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and warranty for 40%; the available warranty options are 36, 48 or 60 months. Offers are due by 14 September 2026 at 11:00 and must be submitted electronically in Polish. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 3% of the total offer price.
