Investor supervision for the reconstruction of vocational training workshops in Andrychów

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive, multi-disciplinary investor supervision of the design-and-build reconstruction of vocational training workshops at the Centre for Vocational and Continuing Education in Andrychów. The service covers review of the contractor’s design documentation, supervision of construction in structural, sanitary and electrical disciplines, inspections, tests, acceptance, financial and project reporting, and participation in warranty and defect-liability inspections for 72 months after final acceptance. The investment is scheduled until 31 May 2027, with supervision continuing until the works are completed and accepted if later, and during the 72-month warranty and defect-liability period. The contract is not divided into lots. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and the proposed inspection frequency during the works (40%). The minimum frequency is one working day per week for the coordinating inspector; two days receive 20 points and three days receive 40 points.
