Design documentation for the modernization of the gymnasium roof and school sports field surface at Primary School No. 1 in Iława

The tender concerns the preparation of full multidisciplinary design documentation for the modernization of the gymnasium roof and the school sports field surface at Primary School No. 1 in Iława. The work includes surveys, technical expertise, construction and detailed designs, health and safety information, technical specifications, bills of quantities, investor cost estimates, required analyses, approvals and permits. The sports field design must also address line marking, replacement of ball-stop nets and goals, and other replacements identified by the technical assessment. The contract period is 3 months. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain valid for 30 days. Award criteria are price (60%), project coordinator’s experience (30%) and updating of investor cost estimates (10%). No bid security or performance security is required.
