Preparation of design documentation for the development of the western side of the Czarna Hancza River boulevards from Bakałarzewska Street to 24 Sierpnia Street

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of multidisciplinary design documentation for the development of the western side of the Czarna Hancza River boulevards in Suwalki, between Bakałarzewska Street and 24 Sierpnia Street. The documentation will support obtaining a building permit for walking paths, recreational areas, lighting, small architectural structures and landscaping. The scope includes surveys of existing conditions, geodetic and geological work, a site development concept, a building design, technical designs for the relevant disciplines, a permanent traffic organisation design, technical specifications, cost estimates, required opinions and approvals, and electronic files. The contract must be completed within 180 calendar days of signing, no later than 15 March 2027; the site development concept is due within 30 days. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 09:00 and must be properly signed. Price carries 60% of the score and the road designer's experience carries 40%. No bid security, performance security or partial bids are required. Subcontracting is permitted, but the relevant parts and subcontractors must be identified.
