The tender covers the preparation of complete design and cost-estimating documentation for a changing-room and administrative support facility at the stadium in Wysoka. The contract period is six months from signature; the concept is due within 30 days and the documentation needed for a building permit or notification is due by 20 December 2026. The bid deadline is 11 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 300 bid guarantee is required. Price carries 60% and the experience of the proposed personnel carries 40%. If negotiations are held, up to three highest-scoring bidders may be invited.
