Purchase and delivery of three-phase generating sets under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025–2026

Summary

The contracting authority is purchasing and delivering six new three-phase diesel generators for civil protection and continuity of operations in Krzepice: two units rated at 100–130 kW with transport trailers and four units rated at 55–70 kW. The supplier must transport and unload the equipment, commission it, train the contracting authority’s personnel, provide warranty servicing and consumables, and ensure spare-parts availability. Delivery, commissioning and training must be completed by 30 November 2026. The equipment must meet the detailed technical requirements, be approved for use in the European Union, and be supplied with the required certificates, declarations of conformity and technical documentation. The minimum warranty is 24 months; the warranty period is also scored, with price weighted at 60% and warranty length at 40%.
