The tender covers the design, production, delivery and installation in Chodzież of five information boards and five commemorative plaques for the project “Chodzież Switzerland – a place where one wants to live!” under the Polish-Swiss Urban Development Programme. The contract includes five different information-board designs and five different commemorative-plaque designs. Information boards must be 180 × 120 cm, weather-resistant, mounted on posts with all ground fixings, and printed on one side in white, red and black. Commemorative plaques must be 300 × 150 × 2 mm, made of silver-anodised aluminium, screen-printed in white, red (Pantone 485) and black, hot-varnished at 80°C, with fixing holes made before varnishing. The works must be completed within 21 days of signing the contract. Offers are evaluated by price at 60% and payment term at 40%; the offered payment term must be between 7 and 30 days. Offers must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain valid for 30 days. No bid guarantee or performance security is required, and partial or variant offers are not permitted.
