Preparation of design documentation for the GREEN HUB environmental laboratory on the Gdańsk University of Technology campus, including author supervision

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of complete design documentation for the construction of the GREEN HUB environmental laboratory complex on the Gdańsk University of Technology campus, including all necessary decisions, approvals and opinions and subsequent author supervision. The planned complex comprises a two-storey 240 m² laboratory building and an exhibition and greenhouse complex of approximately 200 m². The documentation must be delivered in Polish in two paper copies and in electronic PDF and editable formats. The design work is to be completed within 9 months, while explanations and author supervision may continue for up to 48 months after acceptance of the documentation. Offers must be submitted electronically by 15 September 2026. Award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and the experience of the proposed personnel, weighted at 40%. A PLN 3,000 tender guarantee is required.
