Preparation of complete design documentation for construction of a municipal road, including obtaining a ZRID permit

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of complete design and cost-estimation documentation for a municipal road in Rogóźno-Kolonia, from municipal road 111749L to regional road 853L, over approximately 1,400 metres. The preliminary design includes an asphalt roadway 5 metres wide, gravel shoulders on both sides, drainage, and widening of the road corridor under a ZRID road investment implementation permit. The contract is for 12 months. Price is the only award criterion and carries a weight of 100%. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11 September 2026 at 10:00 through the contracting platform. The bidder must demonstrate a qualifying road-design reference and provide a suitably authorised road-design engineer. No bid guarantee or performance guarantee is required.
