Preparation of design documentation to improve the energy efficiency of public fire service buildings in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship

Summary

The tender covers the preparation of complete multidisciplinary design documentation for improving the energy efficiency of public buildings of the State Fire Service in Poland’s Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. It is divided into four lots: two buildings at the Olsztyn training centre, fire and rescue unit buildings in Elbląg and Pasłęk, the county fire service headquarters building in Bartoszyce, and the county fire service headquarters building in Kętrzyn. For each lot, the contracting authority may exercise an option for author’s supervision. The main services must be completed within 160 days of contract signature, while author’s supervision may be ordered for 22 months from signature of the handover and acceptance protocol. Bids may be submitted for all four lots, and the same bidder may be awarded all lots. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 09:00. Price accounts for 60% and the experience of the coordinating designer for 40% of the evaluation score. No bid guarantee or performance guarantee is required.
